Xiaomi is doing good with updates this year. This time, Mi 9 SE finally received the Public release of Android 10 Global stable with version number MIUI V11.0.2.0.QFBMIXM. It is just released in the Global Stable version along with Russian Stable version. Also, The update comes with the February security patch along with some bugs fixes and comes in a size of about 2.2 GB.
Mi 9 SE was the last member of the Mi 9 series to receive a Stable Android 10 update. If you have not received the OTA update yet, then wait for some time because the OTA rollout is a staged process, and users get the update in batch. However, This is a public release so you will get the update over OTA very soon.
Talking about the Mi 9 SE, it was released back in 2019 with around $300 price tag. It rocks a 5.97 inches Full HD+ AMOLED display with the under-display fingerprint sensor. It is powered by Qualcomm SDM712 Snapdragon 712 and comes with 6 GB of RAM. It houses a triple camera combo on the back with a 20 MP selfie camera on the front.

You can check the OTA by going to Software Updater app which is present in Settings -> About Phone. Make sure that your device is fully charged and connected to Wifi.
