LineageOS 15.0 is Android Oreo-based Custom ROM which brings all Oreo features and security to Redmi note 4. This ROM gives a Stock UI with many customizations options. You have also a good performance with good battery life.

By Substratum, you can install themes which can drastically change the UI. And this ROM is based on Android Oreo which means latest Android features and security. It is in Beta state but supported officially by AOSP team.

Pixel Experience
Pixel Experience is Custom ROM which is based on AOSP and gives all Stock Android UI and features. But as the name suggests, it includes Google Pixel Launcher, icons, wallpaper and all other Pixel stuff
Talking about the bugs, you will have a hard time to find them. This ROM is stable with Volte, Fingerprint sensor and all other stuff working.

I already included the Android-Oreo based AOSPExtended 5.1on the list which is in beta testing. AEX 4.6 is based on Android Nougat and it is completely stable with almost everything working smoothly. AEX V4.6 is also one of the most used ROM by Redmi Note 4 users.
Flashing procedure is same as of AOSPExtended V5.1.

LineageOS 14.1
LineageOS 14.1 is Android Nougat Custom ROM and it is completely stable. The LineageOS 15 which is already listed above is a ROM with extra features of new Android Oreo. This ROM is officially supported by LineageOS team.

ViperOS is a Custom ROM from a Brazilian team. It is based on LineageOS but with no Bloatware. ViperOS team claims that the ROM is Stable with minimal bugs. The UI is same as stock and the ROM looks clean and nice.
This ROM gives a lot of Modification options on the Status bar, Lockscreen, Multitasking, System and much more.
