Yesterday, Xiaomi pushed out the March Security update to Indian Redmi K20, and today, they pushed it for Global and EEA Devices. The new update weighs around 2.2 GB and comes with the version number V11.0.5.0.QFJMIXM for Global and V11.0.5.0.QFJEUXM for EEA. It is based on Android 10 and brings the March 2020 Security patch along with some new features in Applock.
Talking about the new features, the app lock is now supported for all apps and comes with an improved start page along with some optimizations. Users are receiving the update in batches and few devices are receiving the update right now. You can check the update in About Phone -> Software update.
If you haven’t got it yet, mainly because of the staged rollout process, then download the Full Recovery package fro this post or the OTA package to upgrade from version 11.0.4.0 to 11.0.5.0
