Redmi 9 is getting a new update to fix some of the existing bugs and to further optimize the ROM performance. The update is for the devices that run the Global version of MIUI. The update comes with the version number V11.0.7.0.QJCMIXM. It weighs around 1.8 GB and only 259 MB if you are upgrading from the previous version.

The update is in the initial rollout phase which means only a number of devices will get the update. The update then will be rolled out to all devices once the ROM confirms to be stable.
