Download: MIUI V11.0.7.0 Global for Redmi Note 9S/9 Pro

Redmi Note 9S or 9 Pro got the April Security update last week, however, many users reported some problems with the WLAN and the display after the update. Xiaomi pushed a new MIUI update today for Redmi Note 9S / 9 Pro that comes with the version number V11.0.7.0.QJWMIXM and includes the fix for the WLAN issue as well as the Display.

Speaking of the issues, many users reported on Mi Forums that when they lock their device for 10-15 minutes, the WLAN losses Internet connectivity while still connected to the Wifi. Users need to reconnect again to Wifi in order to use it again.

Some users are also reporting a Screen bleeding issue where a white glow is appearing around the screen. Screen bleeding issues are usually a hardware problem but let’s see if the new update fixes it or not.

This is a Global Beta Stable update which means a few numbers of users will get the update. The rollout will resume to the public after positive feedback from the initial rollout. If you haven’t got it, then you can download the update from this post and flash it manually using the given instructions.
