Mi 9 Lite is now getting the MIUI 12 update once again after the previous one was rolled back due to some bugs. The Update is for the devices that run the Global version of MIUI ROM. The update brings all the perks of MIUI 12 and is based on Android 10. It also updates the Mi 9 Lite to the August security patch. The version number of the update is V12.0.3.0.QFCMIXM.

The update is in the initial rollout phase which means only a number of devices will get the update. The update then will be rolled out to all devices once the ROM confirms to be stable.
