Redmi 7A is getting the new MIUI update that bumps the software version to 11.0.7.0. The update is based on Android 9 Pie and comes with the official version V11.0.7.0.PCMMIXM and weighs around at 1.6 GB in size. The update brings the March 2020 security patch along with 2 new features for the Applock that enable the Applock for all apps and a revamped Homepage with optimized features.
The update is being pushed to few devices to confirm that no major bugs exist in the ROM. After initial rollout and no bugs, The update will be pushed to all devices.
You can download the ROM from this post and flash it manually using given instructions. There are two versions of ROM available to download, one is the Full recovery Version which you can flash over any MIUI version and it will update it to MIUI 11.0.7.0. The other version is the OTA package to upgrade from MIUI V11.0.6.0 to MIUI V11.0.7.0.
